RONALD L. ROHDE–PRESIDENT &
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
MEP Quality Control Specialist
Mr. Rohde has twenty-four
years successful experience in residential, Multi-family Housing, Commercial
Construction and Fiber Optic Cable installation for private, city, state,
and federal agencies. His professionalism, integrity, in-depth knowledge
of construction techniques and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
has gained him respect from owners, architects, engineers, contractors,
subcontractors, suppliers, and craftsmen in the San Antonio Metro Area..
Mr. Rohde is a hands-on working owner who personally oversees the Quality
Control function of our company.
ALFONSO SANIN - SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mr. Sanin has over 42 years of experience in the
construction industry as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Project
Scheduler. Projects up to 300M including Airports, Sports Arenas, Convention
Centers, Hospitals and Highrise Condominiums.
RANDY ROHDE - PROJECT MANAGER
MMr. Rohde has worked in construction for the past 19 years performing
as a superintendent as well as project manager. In addition to his experience in the federal field
Mr. Rohde has supervised numerous commercial projects for up to $6.0M throughout the United States
including new buildings, remodeling, utility, institutional, multi-family, religious, and residential.
Mr. Rohde has been with the company for over 16 years.
JIM TOLLETTE - PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Mr. Tollette has over twenty-six years of construction supervision experience
in the management of large-scale construction projects, including senior living, campus housing, multi-family
construction and commercial. OSHA 30 Certified, James works effectively with the building trades with a
willingness to help all involved to maximize results. He has been with R.L. Rohde for over 7 years.
JOHN NICHOLS - PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Mr. Nichols has over twenty years of construction management with the last 11
years as a commercial superintendent. His experience includes quality control
for school districts as well as city of San Antonio and the San Antonio Housing Authority, The
San Antonio International Airport and TxDot. He has been with R.L. Rohde for over 4 years.
MIKE BOEHMER - ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Boehmer has been employed by R.L. Rohde since 2018 as an Assistant
the Superintendents and Project Manager. His experience with Schools Districts and the University of
Texas at San Antonio has been very beneficial in providing the information and tools the
Superintendents requests. Over twenty years of project management experience in commercial,
government and educational construction projects.
Background includes RFP preparation, {work scope. specifications, cost estimates),
project management, and administrative control functions.
