RONALD L. ROHDE–PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
MEP Quality Control Specialist

Mr. Rohde has twenty-four years successful experience in residential, Multi-family Housing, Commercial Construction and Fiber Optic Cable installation for private, city, state, and federal agencies.  His professionalism, integrity, in-depth knowledge of construction techniques and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has gained him respect from owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and craftsmen in the San Antonio Metro Area..  Mr. Rohde is a hands-on working owner who personally oversees the Quality Control function of our company.


ALFONSO SANIN - SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Mr. Sanin has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Project Scheduler. Projects up to 300M including Airports, Sports Arenas, Convention Centers, Hospitals and Highrise Condominiums.


BRIAN HEVNER – GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Hevner has knowledge and experience in all areas of general construction working as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Carpenter and Carpenter Foreman during the last 30 years.  The majority of his experience has been acquired on government projects, often simultaneously managing numerous projects.  He has been responsible for project coordination, construction supervision, purchasing, and preparation of cost estimates, cost studies, change orders and subcontract negotiations.  He has extensive experience in blueprint reading, compliance with government specifications and coordinating other crafts (plumbers, electricians, etc.) insuring strict adherence to drawings and specifications and quality control. 
Mr. Hevner has been responsible for projects ranging from $250,000 to $20 million.  Upgrading Recruit Dorms at Lackland A.F.B., $20 million, and additions & renovations to Graebner Elementary School, $5 million, are examples of projects he recently completed.


JEFF HERNANDEZ – CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Hernandez has fifteen years hands-on experience in commercial and residential construction. His experience also extends into the area of hospital construction and renovation. His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction have gained him respect throughout the construction industry. 

As Safety Inspector, Mr. Hernandez diligently tracks compliance with Safety and Health Standards, Rules, Regulations and Orders issued under the Occupational Safety and Health Act.  He holds weekly Safety Meetings to teach employees how to protect themselves and their fellow workers from needless accidents and injury.

As the Alternate Quality Control Monitor, Mr. Hernandez uses his experience and expertise to help avoid delays due to specification variances.


RANDY ROHDE - PROJECT MANAGER
